Tutorial | Christmas party look

Hey there,
Today I have (as I mentioned in yesterdays video) this festive Christmas look.

You want to start of with a clear face, I used my Nivea Make-up remover.

First you need to prime your face, I used the Catrice Prime and Fine base. This is important to make your make-up last longer.

Than you can start with the actual base, I used the L’oréal True Match foundation.

For concealer I used my trusty Maybeline – 24H concealer. I later went over with the Catrice Camouflage cream because I was really rocking those bangs (not).

For eyes I used the Catrice Prime and Fine Eyeshadow base, A base on the eyes is really important since it makes the colour stand out more and makes it last longer.

Then I used this glittery eyeshadow from Catrice, which is called Luke Sky Shalker On the eyelid and the Catrice Velvet Matte eyeshadow in Al Burgundy in the crease. Then realy blend that out. 2

Then I went in with mascara and I used the Essence Lash Princess mascara.

After that I really needed to do something about my eyebrows, so I took the Catrice Eyebrow Kit and used the darkest colour on 3/4 of the eyebrow and the lightest colour on the beginning.

On to the cheeks and put some colour on there, I used my Benefit Hervana Blush and my NYC Big Bold Bronzer to contour and warm up the rest of the face.

After that it is time for my favourite part, the lips. I used this lip pencil from Catrice in Sweet Aubergina and the Catrice Ultimate colour lipstick in Berry Bradshaw  unfortunately my camera decided not to record that …. but I think you know how it works, just outline with the lip pencil and fill in with the lipstick.

And that is the whole look done.

Of course you don’t have to use all the exact products I used, anything similar will work perfectly fine. I hope you liked this post, leave a like if you want to see more of these kind of posts, that would really help me out. I love you all !

Big hugs,

Tutorial | Cat Eye

Hey guys,

Today I have a really simple (well I think it is) Tutorial for you. It is the well known winged liner. Now, I know a lot of people struggle to get it right, so here are a few tips and tricks.

So the first thing you want to do is to decide what product you’re going to use. This can be a liquid liner, a pencil, eyeshadow or even a liquid eyeliner pen. For a liquid liner, I find you have to have a really steady hand. You can easily make mistakes. A pencil or a liquid liner pen is the easiest I think because you can hold it in your hand like an actual pen were as a liquid liner mostly has a quite uncomfortable applicator. Also mistakes are easily covered up or erased. The last option, the eyeshadow, isn’t one I often use , I find applying a thin line of eyeshadow with a brush quite hard actually, I never get the precise line I get with a liquid liner.

second, I want to say that it is okay if you do things different than me, I am not an expert and I don’t want to say that what I do is the right way, I just want to show my experiences throughout the years.
So, I mostly use a liquid pen liner and right now I used the essence one.

The first step I take is outline the wing I want to make. ( sorry for the bad quality photo)

And than I fill in the empty space and fine-tune it a bit.

That is all actually, some people like to use a eyeshadow on top to make it matte and make it stay longer but I mostly leave it this way.

I hope I helped you in some way, please leave a like if you want to see more of these little tutorials ( it is free, and it would help me out a lot).

Lots of love,

Hey there,

As I promised in the last post, here is my room tour.

I first wanted to show the “making off” of this room, because it is build by my father and myself from nothing into something beautiful.

So, here is how it started:

It took us about 1 or 2 months to finish it, I guess.

This is the finished look;

So that is my room, of course I need to fill the 2 empty walls with some paintings but over all this is it.

I hope you liked seeing a bit of my life.

Lots of love,

Big hugs

hey there,

As you may have noticed, I’ve been less on here than normal. Why? because of school… I feel so bad letting you guys down. So from now on ( since my project at school is over) I’ll be online more often,

Sooo, for today I don’t really have a mean point, but I wanted to ask you guys something,

What do you want to see on my blog?

I’ve got a room tour coming up, since my room is finally ready.

Sorry for the short post today , but I felt like sharing something.

Lots of love,

Tutorial | Dark Purple Cat Eye

Hey there,

Today I have a tutorial of this eye look. It is basically a dark purple cat eye. Want to know how to create this look? Carry on reading.

First you have to prime your eyelid. I used Catrice Prime and Fine – Eyeshadow base

Now you can start with your base colour, I choose a taupe colour. This is Catrice – I wear my plum glasses at night (longest name for an eyeshadow ever ). You put this colour all over the lid.

Then take a little bit of tape and place this the way you want your wing to point.

Take a tiny bit of the purple eyeshadow. And when I say a tiny bit I mean really tiny. I used Catrice Velvet Matt Eyeshadow – Al Burgundy. You are now going to draw the wing, start on the outer corner of your eye and draw it along with the tape. You can choose yourself how big you want your wing. Then connect it to your crease.

When you have done that, you can fill it in and again take a tiny bit. Now really start blending your wing into the outer V of your eyelid.

You can remove the tape now and with a clean brush you can blend the harsh line a little bit.

Take an angled brush to put a bit of the purple under your eye.

To finish it of I took Yves Roucher – Kohl Eyeliner in my top and bottom waterline and L’Oréal – Miss Manga Mascara on my top and bottom eyelashes.

And you are done!!
